Information Collected

SurveySite.org will not ask for you for information about your financial institution, credit cards, or for your Social Security Card number.  However, we do ask for your contact information (i.e. your name, email address, and country of origin) if you chose to sign up for our free membership. Members may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.  We collect personal offline information for the sole purpose of paying members for prize winnings.  All payments are made through Paypal (other options may be arranged if deemed necessary) and the necessary information will need to be collected to allow payment at the time of notification of winnings.
